What are the rental hours?

Venue rental includes full-day access from 10AM to 11PM. Early access or late checkout can be requested for $100/hr for each additional hour.

How can I schedule a tour?

Click here to schedule a staff-led tour of the space. We offer both in-person and virtual tours.

What is the venue’s capacity?

We have 15 tables and 120 seats included in each rental. For flowing reception events, our venue can hold up to 300 guests.

are you an open vendor venue?

Yes, we allow any vendors of your choice, including food trucks. We do have a brochure if you would like vendor recommendations.

Is there parking available?

Click Here to see our parking map. There are two public parking lots in front of the venue that have a combined 133 spaces available to the public all day. Street parking is available on 100 S, 300 W and 400 W. Additionally, there is an above ground parking garage two blocks away at NuSkin. This garage has 369 parking spaces available to the public all day on Saturday and Sunday and 5pm to midnight on weekdays.

IS ALCOHOL ALLOWED?

Yes, alcohol is allowed. We do have a $200 alcohol fee and you must have a licensed bartender.
